The board of directories currently consists of 10 volunteers who strive to maintain the societies goals as described in the Bylaws.
Various volunteers help organize and staff fund raising activities to help fund the projects of the society.
The society operates an onsite snack bar during flea market days as a fund raising activity. Volunteers are needed to man and operate this activity.
The Paul Smith Memorial Barn is open for tours during flea market days and is also manned by volunteers.
The home of the society is the Wilder-Holton House which holds a large collection of Lancaster history. The house is open during most flea market days. Tours guides are volunteers and are ready to answer questions and describe the items in the collection.
Currently the Board of Directors meets at the Wilder-Holton House on the second Wednesday of each month. Meeting time is 1:00 pm.
Visitors who are interested in learning more about the operation of the society are welcome to attend and observe the board during a meeting. Questions may be asked after the regular meeting is ended.
